Members of the press and public are welcome to attend the public part of the meeting in person. However, please do not attend if you have tested positive or have any symptoms of coronavirus.
Purpose of committee
The Appeals Committee hears and determines:
· Unresolved grievances against the Chief Fire Officer;
· Stage 3 Complaints by members of the Public who are dissatisfied with the manner in which LFRS has performed; and
· Appeals against dismissal of staff at Director level.
This Committee only meets when required.
